Returns and exchanges are possible when the item is shipped back within 14 days after receiving, and when the item is in good condition.  Due to hygene reasons, earrings are excluded of returning/exchanging.  

 

The return shipping costs will be for the customer. 

 

Full refunds (including shipping costs) can be given when the item clearly differs from the description (other measurements than provided, wrong color etc.) or in the case of production flaws.

Narquelics won't give refunds if the wrong address is provided. Please make sure that you fill in your current shipping address. 

 

Narquelics is not responsible for any delay of shipped packages.
